Every signer be at a will to sign the documents without intimidation. They must also be aware of what documents they are signing and understand the significance of the transaction. Documents cannot be notarized if there is any physical impairment.
Every signer must show valid photo identification. All the identification must have a photo, a physical description, serial number, signature and must be valid.
